Château Routas Rosé 750 mL comes from the AOP Côteaux Varois en Provence in southern France, from vineyards planted at 250-270 m altitude on clay-limestone soils. The blend typically includes Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon. On the nose you’ll find fresh aromas of cut watermelon, ripe peach and delicate florals, followed by wild strawberry on the palate with subtle mineral notes. The attack is fresh and round, finishing crisp, refreshing and well-balanced.
