Most North Island orders arrive within 2–3 business days, and South Island and rural deliveries usually take 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Unopened products can be returned for a change of mind within 10 days of delivery (you pay the return shipping; there is no restocking fee). If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us and we will replace or refund it at no cost; for damage in transit, please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
