Description
Bijou Terre de Providence Rosé 750 mL comes from vineyards in the foothills of the Black Mountain around Saint-Chinian, Faugères and the Coteaux de Languedoc in southern France. The blend of Grenache and Syrah on old volcanic soils produces a pale salmon colour, bright aromas of berry fruit, honeysuckle florals and citrus, followed by a light yet full-flavoured palate with crisp acidity and a long, delicate finish.
