Babich Pinot Rosé 750ml

Babich Pinot Rosé offers delicate red berry flavours blended with melon and nectarine, supported by juicy acidity and a smooth texture. The nose reveals red apple, cherries, rose florals and hints of red papaya. It finishes with pleasant freshness and lingering stonefruit notes, showing harmonious balance throughout.

This rosé hails from Marlborough, New Zealand, produced by Babich Wines, one of the country's most respected family-owned wineries. The wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Marlborough's cool maritime climate, which contributes to its bright, clean profile and balanced acidity.

Babich Pinot Rosé pairs beautifully with mild cheeses, pasta dishes, and chicken or pork spiced with rosemary. The wine's juicy acidity and delicate fruit profile also make it an excellent match for fresh seafood and summer salads.

The crisp acidity and red berry character of Babich Pinot Rosé complement light summer fare particularly well. Try it with grilled prawns, salmon, chicken salad, or Mediterranean-style pasta. The wine's fresh profile and medium body also work nicely alongside antipasto platters and soft cheeses.

Serve Babich Pinot Rosé well chilled between 7-10°C to enhance its crisp flavours and refreshing character. Use a white wine glass to concentrate the aromatics. Proper chilling brings out the wine's vibrant fruit notes and balances the acidity beautifully.
