Gabriel Boudier has more than 150 years of liqueur-making behind it in Dijon, and Suro is a newer, standalone elderflower line from the house, launched in 2025. Elderflower is the scented white blossom of the elder tree, and it brings a fresh, floral lift that sits comfortably with sparkling wine, gin and citrus. Suro suits anyone who enjoys a Hugo Spritz or an elderflower gin and tonic, or wants a lighter, lower-strength aperitif for summer afternoons.
