Lindauer Pinot Gris is a New Zealand sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes sourced from premium growing regions including Gisborne and Hawke's Bay. These regions are known for producing aromatic, fruit-forward Pinot Gris with excellent natural acidity, ideal for sparkling wine production.

This versatile sparkling wine pairs beautifully with tapas selections, roast pork, and brioche-based dishes. It also complements cheeseboards featuring paté and quince paste exceptionally well. The soft acidity and off-dry style make it adaptable to a wide range of lighter fare and celebration foods.

Lindauer Pinot Gris works particularly well with Asian-inspired fare, where its aromatic profile and gentle sweetness balance spice and umami flavours.
