Main Divide Rosé delivers juicy fruit intensity with notes of watermelon, strawberry, kumquat, and pear drops on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied with fine texture, vibrant acidity, and a zesty, dry character. The finish is sustained and very dry, with a cleansing line of acid that leaves the palate refreshed.

Main Divide Rosé is produced by Pegasus Bay in the Waipara Valley of North Canterbury, New Zealand. The Waipara Valley is a spur of the New Zealand Alps with north-facing terraces that provide excellent grape-growing conditions. This wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, with each variety vinified separately before final blending.

Main Divide Rosé pairs beautifully with fresh salads, grilled seafood, and barbecued chicken. Its crisp acidity and dry character make it versatile for outdoor dining and lighter fare. The wine's vibrant fruit profile complements dishes with Mediterranean flavours or fresh herbs particularly well.
