Te Rata SauvB is produced in Marlborough, New Zealand's largest and most celebrated wine region located at the northern tip of the South Island. Marlborough's unique climate of long sunny days, cool nights and free-draining soils creates ideal conditions for Sauvignon Blanc, producing wines with concentrated aromatics and natural acidity.

Te Rata SauvB pairs beautifully with fresh seafood including oysters, mussels, grilled snapper and prawns. The crisp acidity also complements creamy goat cheese, green salads with citrus vinaigrette, and light pasta dishes with lemon and herbs. The wine's freshness cuts through rich flavours while its fruit character enhances delicate dishes.
