Gemtree Luna de Fresa Rosé offers crisp, lively flavours of ripe strawberries and watermelon, complemented by cherry notes. This rosé comes from McLaren Vale in South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula, one of the country's premier wine regions. Gemtree is a certified organic and biodynamic producer known for sustainable viticulture practices. The 2025 vintage blends Tempranillo, Grenache, and Mataro grapes grown in their organic vineyards.

This versatile rosé pairs beautifully with caramelised pork belly, fresh seafood platters, and creamy soft cheeses. The wine's bright acidity and fruit-forward profile also complement light summer salads, grilled chicken, and charcuterie boards. Its crisp character makes it an excellent match for dishes with subtle spice or Mediterranean flavours.
