The wine showcases the influence of marl-rich terroir, similar to the great white Burgundies and select regions known for their mineral expression. This Chardonnay reflects careful vineyard selection and a commitment to showcasing site character above all else.

Nose: Aromas of crisp green apple, lemon zest and white flowers open the palate, accompanied by subtle hints of wet stone and almond.

Palate: The wine shows focused citrus fruit with vibrant acidity, supported by a creamy texture from lees contact. Flavours of yellow citrus, ripe pear and toasted hazelnut develop across the mid-palate, balanced by that characteristic mineral edge.

Finish: Clean and persistent, with lingering notes of citrus peel and a refreshing saline quality that calls for another sip.

Pair this Chardonnay with roasted chicken, creamy risotto, grilled seafood or aged hard cheeses like Gruyère.

Serve lightly chilled between 10-12°C in a mid-sized white wine glass to allow the aromatics to develop.

Perfect for the home cook who values wines that enhance rather than dominate the dining table, and an excellent choice for gift-giving to anyone who appreciates classic white Burgundy style at an accessible price point.
